04/02/2021 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 4 February, the spokesperson for the European External Action Service, Peter Stano, welcomed the decision of the Kazakh authorities to cancel the fines against human rights non-governmental organisations, and to allow these NGOs to resume their activities.
