Nicolas Schmit stresses importance of an approach that is not purely legislative 

27/01/2021 (Agence Europe) – An error has occurred in the English version of the article relating to the speech made by European Commissioner Nicolas Schmit on Tuesday 26 January before the members of the European Economic and Social Committee (see EUROPE B12644A19). In the second paragraph of the article, Mr Schmit stresses the need to not favour a purely legislative approach, but to have an approach balanced between “soft and hard power”. The error has been corrected online. (MB)
