Right to disconnection, SMEunited reminds European Parliament of autonomy of social partners

18/01/2021 (Agence Europe) – SMEunited reacted last week, in a press release, to the December 2020 vote in the European Parliament’s Committee on Employment and Social Affairs (EMPL), calling for legislative action at European level to introduce a right to disconnection (see EUROPE B12614A28).
