Max Schrems abandons legal action against the Irish Data Protection Commission

14/01/2021 (Agence Europe) – Austrian activist Max Schrems said on Wednesday 13 January that he had received assurances from the Irish Data Protection Commission (DPC) that it would follow up on his 2013 complaint challenging Facebook’s transatlantic data flows.
