Kiev’s application against Moscow concerning Crimea is “partially admissible”, according to European Court of Human Rights

14/01/2021 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday, the European Court of Human Rights declared “partially admissible” the application brought by Ukraine against Russia (“Ukraine v.
