Commission opens a new call for applications for fifth list of ‘projects of common interest’

13/01/2021 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 12 January, the European Commission launched a new call for applications to select energy infrastructure projects to be included in the European Union’s fifth list of ‘Projects of Common Interest’ (PCIs). While the previous call for applications concerned projects in the field of electricity and gas (see EUROPE B12610A31), this one is for projects in the field of smart grids and carbon dioxide (CO2) transport.
