Little progress in European Parliament/EU Council negotiations on CAP reform

Negotiations between representatives of the three EU institutions (EU Council, European Parliament, Commission) on the reform of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) are progressing slowly, MEPs said on Monday 11 January (see EUROPE B12632A18).

Parliament’s Committee on Agriculture has taken stock of the status of the talks on the three texts relating to the next CAP.
