After two years of work, the European Parliament’s Committee on Civil Liberties (LIBE) is finally set to adopt its position on Monday 7 December on the draft report by Birgit Sippel (S&D, Germany) on the proposals for a Regulation and a Commission directive to facilitate access to electronic evidence in criminal investigations (see EUROPE B12003A18).
