On Monday, 7 December, the ministers from the 27 EU Member States who are responsible for consumer protection will be invited by the German Presidency of the Council of the EU to a videoconference to discuss the new ‘Consumer Agenda’ that focuses on green and digital transitions and on post-Covid-19 economic recovery.
This agenda was presented by the European Commission on 11 November to guide EU consumer policy over the next five years (see EUROPE B12608A4).
