European Commission gives go-ahead for €1.1 billion reprogramming of funds in Spain

17/11/2020 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 17 November, the European Commission approved an amendment to four operational programmes, redirecting €1.11 billion from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) under the CRII and CRII+ coronavirus response initiatives. €971 million will go towards strengthening the health system through the purchase of protective equipment and sanitary materials. €62 million will be devoted to the digital transition in schools. €33 million euros...
