MEPs set out their expectations for sustainable corporate governance

Pending concrete proposals from the European Commission (see EUROPE B12552A15), the members of the European Parliament’s Committee on Legal Affairs (JURI) set out their expectations in terms of sustainable corporate governance on Monday 16 November by adopting, by 13 votes to 5, the report (see EUROPE B12554A20) drawn up by Pascal Durand (Renew Europe, France).
