EU appoints two new Heads of Mission in Palestine

13/10/2020 (Agence Europe) – The Political and Security Committee on Tuesday 13 October appointed Bulgarian Nataliya Apostolova as Head of the European Union Police Mission for the Palestinian Territories (EUPOL COPPS) until 30 June 2021, replacing Finnish diplomat Kauko Aaltomaa who had been in this post since October 2017 (see EUROPE B11872A31). For his part, Romanian Colonel Mihai-Florin Bulgariu was appointed Head of the EU Border Assistance Mission for the Rafah Crossing Point...
