EU welcomes China's endorsement of COVAX initiative for equal access to vaccines against Covid-19

12/10/2020 (Agence Europe) – The EU welcomes China's announcement, on 9 October, that it is finally participating in the COVAX Facility, an initiative of GAVI (the Vaccine Alliance), CEPI and the WHO to ensure equal access to affordable vaccines against Covid-19 worldwide. “I welcome China's announcement to join #COVAX, the @WHO-backed initiative.
