The European Commission published, on Tuesday 8 September, a Staff Working Document (https://bit.ly/2FkYruL) summarising the conclusions of the assessment of the Vertical Block Exemption Regulation, as well as Vertical Guidelines.
The Commission will launch an impact assessment to examine options for revising the rules to address the problems identified in the evaluation.
