30/07/2020 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday July 30, the European Commission approved, under the EU Merger Regulation, the acquisition of AXA’s activities in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia (the ‘Target’, consisting of legal entities based in Poland and the Czech Republic) by the Austrian-based company Uniqa Österreich Versicherungen AG (Uniqa).
