The European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) urges EU legislators to ensure that the new action plan for the circular economy finds a place and resources in the overall ‘greenprint’ for Europe's recovery.
In an opinion adopted in July on this action plan presented in March by the European Commission, the EESC believes that the conditions are in place to make circular products and services the norm in Europe.
