According to Nadia Calviño, she was one vote short of being elected president

10/07/2020 (Agence Europe) – Spain's Finance Minister, Nadia Calviño, said on Friday 10 July that she lacked a single, albeit previously secure, vote to be elected president of the Eurogroup by the 19 finance ministers of the euro area the day before. “We had ten secure votes. Someone didn't do what he said he would do”, she told SER radio, refusing to say which minister it was.
