European Commission has concluded agreements with Roche and Merck

08/07/2020 (Agence Europe) – According to a report published by Reuters on Wednesday 8 July, the European Commission has reached agreements with the pharmaceutical companies Roche and Merck KGaA, for the purpose of obtaining experimental drugs against Covid-19. This would include Roche’s RoActemra, used so far in rheumatoid arthritis, and Merck’s Rebif, used as a treatment for relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis.
