29/06/2020 (Agence Europe) – The High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, said on Monday 29 June that Turkey is "arguably the most pressing foreign policy issue for the EU", while acknowledging the Member States’ divergent positions.
