22/06/2020 (Agence Europe) – The High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, regretfully stated on Monday 22 June that there was a lack of EU interest in Latin America, beyond Cuba and Venezuela. “The EU is not interested enough in what is happening in Latin America and it’s a mistake that has to be corrected”, he told the German Marshall Fund.
