Possible resumption next week of interinstitutional negotiations on digitisation of judicial cooperation

18/06/2020 (Agence Europe) – After a four-month break due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the interinstitutional negotiations(see EUROPE B12429A8) on the Regulation on electronic service of judicial and extrajudicial documents in civil and commercial matters and on the Regulation to digitalise cooperation between the courts of the Member States in the taking of evidence (see EUROPE B12031A12) are ready to resume.
