27/03/2020 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission launched on Thursday 26 March a public consultation on the revision of the European Regulation for the protection of the ozone layer (1005/2009) scheduled for the second quarter of next year. The Regulation aims to ensure that the European Union complies with its international obligations under the ‘Montreal Protocol’ on ‘Ozone-Depleting Substances’ (ODS) and adopts an ambitious policy to prevent emissions of these substances,...
