11/02/2020 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission approved, on Tuesday 11 February, the acquisition of joint control of Roof Media (France) - currently already jointly controlled by La Voix du Nord (belonging to the Belgium-based Rossel & Cie group) and Mediacontact (belonging to the French group SIPA) - by theSociété d'Investissements Medias ('SIM'), belonging to the French group Crédit Mutuel. The Commission concluded that the proposed acquisition would not raise competition...
