Borrell plans EU representative for Belgrade-Pristina dialogue

Josep Borrell, the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, announced on Friday 31 January, that he intends to appoint an EU representative for the dialogue between Serbia and Kosovo.
