Taxation of digital sector is back on agenda of Ecofin Council

Discussed at the ‘Economic and Financial Affairs’ Council (Ecofin) in November 2019, the reform of digital taxation negotiated at the OECD (see EUROPE B12385A7) will once again be on the agenda of the meeting of European finance ministers on 21 January.
