EU resumes probe into Boeing/Embraer deal, setting new 30 April deadline for decision

09/01/2020 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission has resumed its in-depth investigation into Boeing's acquisition of the commercial arm of Brazilian manufacturer Embraer for $4.2 billion (€3.8 billion), the European Commission announced on Thursday 9 January. The deadline for this investigation is 30 April.
