Finland's Presidency of the Council unveils its “balanced” compromise on the 2021-2027 financial framework

On Thursday 5 December, the Finnish Presidency of the Council officially published its proposal on the EU's multiannual financial framework (MFF) for 2021-2027, providing for a total of €1,087 billion, or 1.07% of the EU Member States' gross national income (GNI) (at 27).
