The fight against climate change is the hot topic that will mobilise MEPs and ACP parliamentarians at the 38th meeting of the ACP-EU Joint Parliamentary Assembly in Kigali (Rwanda) from 19 to 21 November.

This political forum of the partnership between the EU and the 79 ACP countries (Africa/Caribbean/Pacific) is co-presided by Carlos Zorrinho (S&D, Portugal) and Joseph Owona Kono.
