EU Council adopts 13 additional projects under permanent structured cooperation

On Tuesday 12 November, the Defence Ministers adopted a list of 13 new projects within the framework of permanent structured cooperation (PESCO). These new projects are in addition to the existing 34 projects.

Five new projects focus on training, covering areas such as cybersecurity, diving, tactics, medicine, and defence against chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) threats. Others focus on strengthening collaborative EU actions and developing capacity at sea, in the air...
