Warsaw, Budapest and Prague should have complied with mechanism for relocating asylum seekers, says Advocate-General

In conclusions delivered on Thursday, 31 October (joined cases C-715/17, C-718/17 and C-719/17), Advocate-General Eleanor Sharpston stated that, by refusing to comply with the provisional and temporary mechanism for the compulsory relocation of asylum seekers, Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic have failed to fulfil their obligations under European Union law.
