17/10/2019 (Agence Europe) – The Conference of Presidents (CoP) of the European Parliament approved on Wednesday 16 October the appointment of Romanian Laura Codruţa Kövesi as head of the European Public Prosecutor's Office (see EUROPE B12335A9), without deciding in the end to put her to a vote at the next plenary session.
