MEPs increase EU budget for 2020 to €171 billion

14/10/2019 (Agence Europe) – The European Parliament's Committee on Budgets has adopted its position on the European Union's draft budget plan for 2020 by increasing commitment appropriations to 171 billion euros, 2.7 billion more than the European Commission’s initial proposal(see EUROPE B12339A9).
