Commission consults on European framework for financial benchmarks

11/10/2019 (Agence Europe) – On Friday 11 October, the European Commission launched a public consultation on the functioning of the EU Regulation on Financial Benchmarks, which has been in force since January 2018. The Regulation aims to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the benchmarks that determine the value of financial instruments or measure the performance of investment funds.
