Airbus dispute settlement, Washington should receive WTO approval as early as Monday 14 October

11/10/2019 (Agence Europe) – Following the World Trade Organization (WTO) arbitration decision on 2 October last (see EUROPE B12340A13, B12339A13), an extraordinary meeting of the Dispute Settlement Body (DSB) will be held on Monday 14 October at 9 a.m. to decide on the United States’ request to the President of the DSB to authorise them to take counter-measures against the European Union in the Airbus dispute (see EUROPE B12346A11) for an amount of US$ 7.5 billion per year....
