Switzerland is about to leave EU list of third countries with tax risks

01/10/2019 (Agence Europe) – Member States' ambassadors to the EU (Coreper) are expected to suggest on Wednesday 2 October, that Switzerland be removed from the European 'grey' list of third countries that present risks of tax abuse but have committed to take corrective measures (see EUROPE B12275A26). The referendum of 19 May(see EUROPE B12258A13) put an end to company tax regimes considered aggressive for the EU and which resulted in Switzerland being placed on the ‘grey’ list....
