Clarification on name of MEP whose candidacy for Vice-Chair of Committee on Culture and Education was rejected

23/07/2019 (Agence Europe) – A mistake has been made in a previous article on the appointment of Vice-Chairs of the European Parliament's Committee on Culture and Education (see EUROPE B12301A24). The MEP who once again failed to gain the support of her colleagues for the position of 4th Vice-Chair is Andrea Bocskor (EPP, Hungary), not Andrea Burchko. Mrs Bocskor is starting her second term as an MEP. The error has been corrected online. (SPj)
