Two ministers announce their departure on eve of Boris Johnson's likely confirmation as head of government

22/07/2019 (Agence Europe) – The 160,000 members of the Conservative Party were due to vote on Monday 22 July at 16:00 GMT to appoint the new British Prime Minister who will succeed Theresa May. A vote that, barring surprises, should confirm former Foreign Minister Boris Johnson, favourite against Jeremy Hunt, the current Minister of Foreign Affairs.
