The European Committee of the Regions (CoR) has identified 137 recommendations out of a total of 221 recommendations per country made as part of the ‘European Semester’ budget process, aimed indirectly or directly at local and regional authorities or with a territorial impact, according to a study published on Thursday 18 July.
