EU Council is already preparing its position on revision of GDPR regulation

19/07/2019 (Agence Europe) – Finland's EU Council Presidency has already begun to prepare the EU Council's position on the revision of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), according to a document dated 18 July. The Commission must submit a report to the European Parliament and the EU Council on the evaluation and revision of the regulation by 25 May 2020, taking into account the positions of the co-legislators.
