15/07/2019 (Agence Europe) – The candidacy of former Polish Prime Minister Beata Szydło (ECR) was rejected by an overwhelming majority (19 votes in favour, 34 votes against) a 2nd time by MEPs of the Employment and Social Affairs Committee (EMPL) in Strasbourg, on the margins of the plenary session on Monday 15 July.
