On Thursday 11 July, the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Federica Mogherini, and the Commissioner for Enlargement Negotiations, Johannes Hahn, paid tribute to the victims of the Srebrenica genocide, in which more than 8000 men and young people were murdered on 11 July 1995.
