Data transfer by Facebook to United States, Max Schrems again before Court of Justice

Six years after the filing of his complaint, well-known Austrian activist Max Schrems found himself once again (see EUROPE B11281A13) before the judges of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) on Tuesday 9 July (oral pleadings in Case C-311/18).
