The issues related to the free movement of workers and the impact of the brain drain and youth on the economies of some Member States must be addressed horizontally within the EU Council, according to Minister of Labour and Social Justice Marius Budăi, after the first day of the Employment and Social Policy Council (EPSCO) on Thursday 13 June.
