Mrs Le Pen's appeal against reimbursement of 300,000 euros for a fictitious assistant’s position is dismissed

The Court of Justice of the European Union dismissed Marine Le Pen's appeal against the General Court's judgment requiring reimbursement of 300 000 euros for a fictitious assistant’s position, considering this appeal in part manifestly inadmissible and unfounded, in an Order delivered on Tuesday 21 May (Case C-525/18 P) (see EUROPE B12044A25).
