Commission provides guidance for EU countries on how to implement revised provisions on the renovation of buildings

The European Commission published on Thursday 16 May a recommendation to EU Member States to help them implement the revised provisions of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (Directive 2010/31/EU). 

This recommendation responds to requests for clarification from Member States seeking to transpose the new provisions into national law.
