Member States' Energy/Climate plans remain largely insufficient, according to European Climate Foundation

None of the 28 draft National Energy/Climate Plans (NECPs) submitted by each Member State to the European Commission in early 2019 (see EUROPE B12202A28) are on track to reduce net carbon emissions to zero by 2050, according to a report by the European Climate Foundation (ECF) published on Thursday 16 May.
