€80 million additional allocated to Horizon 2020 and €20 million additional to Erasmus+ in 2019

15/05/2019 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission proposed on Wednesday 15 May to release an additional €100 million for the Horizon 2020 research and Erasmus+ youth mobility programmes, in accordance with the Interinstitutional Agreement on the EU 2019 budget (see EUROPE B12158A12). Of this €100 million, €80 million will go to climate-related research under the Horizon 2020 programme, which aims to devote 35% of its budget to research in this field. The remaining...
