EU’s General Court confirms invalidity of registration of NEYMAR trade mark by a third party

14/05/2019 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday, May 14, the General Court confirmed the decision of the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) to annul Mr Moreira's registration in 2013 of the word sign NEYMAR for clothing, footwear and headgear (Case T-795/17).
