No draft National Energy and Climate plan lives up to Paris Agreement, according to CAN Europe

"Time to pick up the pace!": this is both the call and the title of the report published on Monday 15 April by the NGO CAN Europe (Climate Action Network - Europe) on the draft National Energy and Climate Plans (NECPs) submitted by Member States under the Governance of the Energy Union Regulation to ensure that all, collectively, will achieve the climate and energy objectives by 2030 (see EUROPE B12202A28).
