Prague's action for annulment against Firearms Directive should be dismissed, according to Advocate General

The Advocate General at the Court of Justice of the European Union, Eleanor Sharpston, suggests that the Court dismiss the Czech Republic's action for annulment of the Firearms Amendment Directive in conclusions delivered on Thursday 11 April in Case C-482/17. 

This Directive was the subject of an Interinstitutional Agreement between the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union in December 2016 (see EUROPE B11689A29) and was adopted in April 2017 (see EUROPE B11774A26)....
